Fiesta Steak

2 pounds sirloin, strip loin, or rib steak, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
Fresh garlic
Steak Sauce Marinade:
1 bottle A1 Tex Mex sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh lime peel
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation Instructions:
In a shallow non-metal dish, place steak. Rub steak with cut garlic. Combine A1 Tex Mex sauce and pineapple juice with remaining ingredients, pour over steak. Marinate meat in refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes. For stronger flavour, marinate longer.
Place steak on grill 3 to 5 inches above medium-hot coals. Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side. Baste often with marinade. Heat any remaining marinade to the boil and simmer 5 minutes. Serve as a dipping sauce.
