1 whole chicken
1 lemon, sliced
1 medium onion, cut in large chunks
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Dried parsley
Preparation
Instructions:
Stuff the cavity of the chicken with all ingredients. Use amounts of garlic,
salt, pepper, dried parsley to suit your tastes. Sprinkle outside of chicken
with salt & pepper. Cook in slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours, depending on
the weight of your chicken.
