1 3/4 pounds inside round or top sirloin
2 pounds spaghetti
6 cups chopped mixed vegetables of choice (green beans, zucchini, peppers, broccoli, or carrots)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup water
Preparation
Instructions:
Cut beef into thin slices across the grain.
Cook spaghetti and steam vegetables until tender crisp. Frozen vegetables may be substituted.
Brown the beef strips in hot oil in a non stick pan. Add chili sauce and water and heat through. If round is used cover with a lid, adding more water if necessary and cook until tender.
Toss spaghetti and vegetables with beef and serve. Yield: 10 servings.
