Quick & Easy Fajitas

1 medium onion
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 pound pork, steak, or chicken, cut into strips
2 tomatoes, cut into small cubes
8 flour tortillas
1 package taco seasoning
5 drops tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon oil
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream

Preparation Instructions:
1. Place onions and pepper in pan. Add meat and stir. Add 1/4 cup of water and the oil. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on high heat.

2. Remove cover, add seasoning and cook additional 2 minutes. Add water if necessary.

3. Add tomatoes and remaining water. Stir to coat meat and vegetables with seasoning. Place the tortillas on the steam rack. Cover, reduce to medium heat and cook for 3 minutes.

4. Serve with cheese, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream.
