4 1/4 inch thick butterfly pork chops
1 bunch broccoli
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Cayenne pepper
Preparation
Instructions:
1. Place pork chops in base of Super Hot Air Cooker, season to taste.
2. Place broccoli on steam rack. Place cover on the Super Hot Air Cooker and cook on high for 2 minutes.
3. Remove cover, pour 1/4 cup water into the base. Cover and cook for 1 minute.
4. Turn pork chops. Add 1/4 cup water. Cook 1 minute.
5. If broccoli has not reached desired tenderness, add 1/2 cup water to base, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
