Mushroom Quiche

1 unbaked frozen pie crust
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
3 tablespoons onion, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 1/4 cups whipping cream

Preparation Instructions:
Fry mushrooms and butter together until there is no extra moisture.

Whisk together the cheese, onion, flour, eggs, salt, pepper & whipping cream. Add mushrooms & gently pour into unbaked frozen pie crust (or your own crust). Bake at 425 deg. for 25 min. Cover edge of pie crust with foil & continue baking for another 20 min. or until firm.
