Fish Fillets with Rice & Broccoli

4 frozen fish fillets (of your choice)
4 teaspoons butter
4 tablespoons orange juice
4 green onions, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 bunch broccoli
1 cup frozen peas & carrots
2 cups instant rice
2 packages vegetable soup mix
2 cups water

Preparation Instructions:
1. Using 4 pieces of 10 inch square foil or parchment paper, place 1 fillet in centre and 1 teaspoon butter and 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1 chopped onion. Fold into a packet (wrap and seal).

2. Place soup mix, water, rice, frozen peas & carrots in base of the Super Hot Air Cooker. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.

3. Remove cover and stir rice. Place the fish packets on the steam rack and place broccoli florets on top. Place the steam rack in position. Reduce heat to medium high, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
