Broiled Oysters

1 pint fresh oysters, drained
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation Instructions:

Arrange oysters on a greased broiling pan. Combine butter, salt, lemon juice, parsley and garlic. Pour over oysters. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, until the edges begin to curl. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 4 to 6 appetizers.
