2 large apples, washed and cut into cubes (remove core)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
juice of 1 lemon
Mayonnaise, to taste
1 peeled carrot, optional
1/2 cup diced celery, optional
Preparation Instructions:
Sprinkle lemon juice on apple cubes. Toss the fruit and vegetables with mayonnaise. Refrigerate.
