4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
4 cups pears, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten until frothy
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Crumble:
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dried cranberries, optional
Preparation Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon. Whisk in beaten eggs. Add milk, lemon zest and vanilla.
2. Lightly grease base of Super Hot Air Cooker. Layer slices of apples and pears in the base. Pour custard mixture on top and cook for 6 minutes on high heat.
3. Mix together all crumble ingredients and add on top of custard mixture. Pour the 3/4 cup of milk on over the top and cook for 4 minutes.
