Home Run Burgers

Burgers:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 -3 tablespoons Heinz chili sauce
1 tablespoon Heinz Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
4 (1 inch) squares cheddar cheese, about 1/4 inch thick
Basting Sauce:
1/2 cup Heinz ketchup
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons Heinz Worcestershire sauce

Preparation Instructions:

Combine burger ingredients, except cheese; shape mixture into 4 large patties, encasing cheese in centre. Combine sauce ingredients. BBQ over medium heat; basting and turning until meat is cooked thoroughly, about 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
