1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup grainy mustard
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot pepper sauce
6 strip loin grilling steaks, 3/4 inch thick (about 8 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation Instructions:
In large shallow glass dish, whisk together oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce; add steaks, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 24 hours).
Remove steaks from marinade, reserving marinade; sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Place steaks on greased grill over medium-high heat; brush with marinade. Close lid and cook, turning steaks once, for about 8 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Let stand for about 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
