6 BC Fresh eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash salt
Few drops hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup flaked crab meat
2 tablespoons finely minced celery
Paprika
Parsley sprigs
Preparation Instructions:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash in a small bowl. Mix with next 8 ingredients until well combined. Refill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley. Makes 12 appetizers.
