Hamburger Skillet Dinner

Hamburger or ground beef
1 can mushroom soup (or any cream soup)
1/2 can water
1 large potato or enough to be a half/half ratio with meat
1 small to medium yellow onion (optional)
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Any preferred seasoning, ex. garlic or onion powder

Preparation Instructions:

Brown meat in large skillet, do not drain grease off. Peel and slice potatoes, add to meat, peel and chop onion, add to mix; cook until potatoes are tender on low setting, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Open cream soup and mix with water; add to meat mix, simmer about 10 minutes, or until mixture thickens, making sure you stir frequently. Seasonings may be added now or anytime within the cooking process. Add to meat for a deeper flavor.
