Tater Tot Casserole

1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 bag Tater Tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion
1 bag grated cheddar cheese

Preparation Instructions:

Brown beef in skillet, add salt and pepper, onion, stir until pink is gone. Drain off fat. Pour soups into large mixing bowl. Add meat, mix well. Line casserole dish with tater tots (even layer), pour meat and soup mixture over tater tots. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until casserole is brown and bubbly. Around 40 minutes.
