Cappuccino Freeze

2 tablespoons instant decaffeinated coffee granules
2/3 cup boiling water
1 quart low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
Ground cinnamon

Preparation Instructions:

In a large bowl, dissolve coffee in boiling water. Then slowly beat into frozen yogurt. If mixture is too soft, beat in additional frozen yogurt.

Spoon into 4 coffee mugs and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

Freeze until ready to serve. Let soften for 15 minutes before serving. Serves 4.

Tasty Tip: For a slightly different taste, top with a dollop of nonfat whipped topping, and substitute cocoa or ground nutmeg for the ground cinnamon.
