2 sliced pork sausage links
3 thinly sliced russet potatoes
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced yellow pepper
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash (Original)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup white cooking wine
Preparation Instructions:
Melt margarine in a skillet, then saute onion, peppers and potatoes for 10 minutues. In a cassrole dish, add sausauge, cooking wine and seasonings, then pour sauteed veggie mixture into dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
