Steven's Quiche

About 1 1/2 cups diced chicken (I used three small cans of chicken breast in broth)
A "bit" of onion salt
2 cans mixed vegetables (try for potatoes and corn in it)
1 tablespoon dried diced onions
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup bisquick
Dash allspice
Pinch pepper
3 eggs

Preparation Instructions:

In a 2 quart pyrex with margarine or butter on the bottom, layer chicken, vegetables, onions and cheese (mix the cheese and vegetables a little. I thought more cheese would have been better..).

In blender, blend milk, bisquick, pepper, allspice, and eggs till smooth. Pour over stuff in casserole, cover it, microwave it on high for six minutes, then, on medium for six minutes. Put in fridge till ready to eat...then microwave uncovered for 5 minutes on high, (50%) medium for 6 minutes, and one last minute on high. (I do it this way because I don't want things to get hard.) Let sit for 5 minutes and your ready!!!

This is a somewhat bland recipe (picky boyfriend), but you can season with more pepper or seasoning salt to taste when on plate. The crust is unnecessary, its "all" in there! Besides..less is better! ENJOY!!!
