Spanish Rice And Sausage

1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup onion
500 ml (2 cups) canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon parsley
2 cups cooked rice
1 pound sausage

Preparation Instructions:

1. Melt butter or margarine and saute green pepper and onion 5 minutes.

2. Combine all ingredients except sausage. Brown sausage in frying pan.

3. Put half rice mixture in a greased casserole. Arrange browned sausage on top. Cover with remaining rice mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
