250 g package penne or spiral pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound flank or sirloin steak, cut in very thin strips
1 green pepper, cut in strips
10 mushrooms, quartered
375 ml jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
Preparation Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Stir fry onion and garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add beef and continue to stir fry until beef is no longer pink. Add peppers and mushrooms and stir fry for 1 minute.
Pour in pasta sauce and 1/4 cup of the parmesan. Heat well.
Toss with pasta; top with remaining parmesan. Makes 4 servings.
