Catalina Chicken Stir-Fry

4 thinly sliced, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup red pepper strips
1/2 cup snowpeas
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup Kraft Classics Catalina Dressing
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Minute Rice brand rice

Preparation Instructions:

Stir fry chicken breast strips in fry pan. Add red pepper, snowpeas, and bean sprouts. Cook until tender.

Combine dressing with soya sauce and ginger. Mix well.

Add sauce to stir fry mixture and coat thoroughly.

Serve on a bed of rice. Makes 4 servings.
