3 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups toasted rice cereal
2 cups fat free milk
1 1/2 ounce package reduced calorie instant chocolate pudding mix
Preparation Instructions:
Coat an 8 inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
In a large nonstick saucepan, warm peanut butter and honey over low heat until peanut butter has melted. Remove pan from heat. Stir in cereal. Press cereal mixture into bottom and up sides of pie plate. Freeze for 1 hour.
Using fat free milk, prepare instant pudding according to package directions. Immediately pour pudding into prepared piecrust. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 8 servings.
