3/4 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon pickled hot pepper rings, chopped
Hot pepper sauce
Preparation Instructions:
Beat together cheddar cheese, butter and hot peppers. Add hot pepper sauce to taste. Let stand 1 hour to blend flavours. Makes 3/4 cup.
A great addition to steamed cauliflower, broccoli, or baked potatoes.
