Ham and Garden Vegetable Salad

2 cups rotini pasta
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups slivered old fashioned ham
1 cup snow peas, halved lengthwise
1 tomato, chopped
1 carrot, cut in julienne strips
1/3 cup mayonnaise, regular or light
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation Instructions:

Cook rotini according to package directions. Cool under cold running water. Drain well.

In large bowl combine rotini with ham and vegetables. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice. Stir into salad.

Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Season to taste. Serves 6.

Per serving: 215 calories; 11.7 g fat; 10 g protein; 17.7 g carbohydrate.
