Double Chocolate Layer Cheesecake

2 (250 gram) packages regular or light cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
3 squares melted and slightly cooled semi sweet chocolate
1 ready to use chocolate flavour crumb crust

Preparation Instructions:

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Remove 1 cup of cream cheese mixture; then stir in chocolate.

Pour chocolate batter into crust. Spoon on plain batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
