T-Bone Steak

8 ounce T-bone steak
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon beef stock concentrate

Preparation Instructions:

Mix the butter and beef stock concentrate; brush it over the steak.

Place the steak on a rack and cook at 70% for 2 minutes.

Give the rack a half turn, turn the steak over and continue cooking at 70% for 2 minutes for rare steak. Cook a little longer for less rare meat.
