Everyday Easy Lasagna

1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups pasta sauce
1 cup water
4 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided
12 oven ready lasagna noodles

Preparation Instructions:

In large skillet, brown meat with onion. Drain off fat.

Stir in pasta sauce, water and 3 cups cheese.

Layer 1/4 of the sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Top with 4 noodles; repeat layers twice. End with remaining sauce and remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 8.

Per serving: 534 calories; 30.9 g protein; 25.3 g fat; 45.5 g carbohydrates.

Tip: For a lighter variation, substitute part skim mozzarella cheese.
