4 cups cooked pasta (mini shells or elbow)
750 ml jar spaghetti sauce, any variety, divided
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 cup red or green pepper strips
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pasta, half of the sauce and Parmesan cheese in 2 quart round casserole dish. Pour remaining sauce over pasta. Place pepperoni and pepper strips over sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 35 minutes or until heated through, or microwave on High for 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
Note: You can substitute pepperoni and peppers with your favourite pizza toppings such as sliced mushrooms, onions, or black olives.
