4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing mix
2 cups melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions:
Place chicken in crock pot. Place 1 slice of cheese over each breast. Combine chicken broth, milk and chicken soup. Cover chicken with soup mixture. Sprinkle stuffing mix over the top. Pour melted butter over the top of the stuffing. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
