4 pounds whole red and green grapes
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups sour cream
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation Instructions:
Whip together cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar and vanilla in blender (food processor). Will be kind of lumpy. Gently mix in grapes. Spread on a platter.
Mix together brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over the top of grape mixture. Refrigerate and let set 2 hour before serving.
