QuickServe Pork Steaks with Apples

600 g package Schneiders QuickServe breaded pork loin steaks
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
Butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation Instructions:

1. Heat using Oven Method. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pork in a single layer on one half of a large baking tray.

2. Butter the bottom of the other half of the tray. Place apple slices in a single layer on the buttered side. Sprinkle apples with brown sugar.

3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, turning pork and apples over once. Makes 5 servings.

Per serving: 274 calories; 21.2 g protein; 9.3 g fat; 28.8 g carbohydrates; 0.6 g dietary fibre.
