Cranberry Relish

2 1/2 cups orange juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
85 g package Cranberry Jello Powder
1 cup finely chopped mixed dried fruit (apricots, raisins, dried cranberries)
1 cup chopped toasted walnuts or pecans
1 tablespoon grated orange or lemon peel

Preparation Instructions:

Mix juice, cinnamon & cloves in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium high heat. Add to dry jello powder in a large bowl, stir at least 2 minutes until jello is dissolved. Refrigerate about 1 & 1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in fruit & walnuts & orange peel. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled & firm. Enjoy.
