1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 large LOOK! oven bag
1.2 to 1.5 kg boneless pork loin roast
4 each medium potatoes and carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 large onion, cut into wedges
1 bottle Renee's Gourmet herb medley marinade
Preparation Instructions:
Sprinkle flour in oven bag and place in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Place pork and vegetables in bag. Pour marinade over all. seal bag with plastic twist tie and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
Cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of bag. Proceed according to package directions. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 1/2 hours or internal temperature registers 160 degrees on an instant read thermometer.
Slice pork and serve with vegetables and pan drippings. Serves 6 to 8.
