4 squares semi sweet chocolate
6 tablespoons water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation Instructions:
Melt chocolate with water over low heat; blend until mixture is completely smooth. Add sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. add butter. For best results let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
