10 ounce can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth with Garlic & Herbs
1/2 cup water
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3/4 cup uncooked unseasoned rice blend
500 g bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Dash paprika
Preparation Instructions:
1. In skillet over medium high heat, heat broth and water to a boil. Add chicken. Cover and simmer over low heat 5 minutes. Set chicken aside.
2. Return broth to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and simmer over low heat 10 minutes.
3. Stir in vegetables. Return chicken to pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken and rice are done, stirring often. Serves 4.
