1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon plus extra milk
Preparation Instructions:
Combine powdered sugar and vanilla in a small mixing bowl. Stir in 1 tablespoon milk. Stir in additional milk 1 teaspoon at a time till icing is smooth and of drizzling consistency. Spread on cookies with a small spatula, or brush on with wide brush. Makes about 1/2 cup.
