1 cup each all purpose flour and whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried herbs of your choice
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons Rogers Golden Syrup
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation Instructions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Blend beaten eggs, milk and syrup. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients; then add melted butter. Mix well. Bake pancakes on a hot griddle for about 1 minute each side. Surround pancakes with cooked sausages, sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes. Serve with pancake syrup.
