1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons French's sweet onion mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Frank's redhot sauce
1 pound sirloin grilling steak
6 cups romaine, torn into bite size pieces
Preparation Instructions:
Combine salad dressing, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, and redhot. Reserve 1/4 cup in refrigerator for dressing for romaine.
In a shallow dish, pour remaining mustard mixture over steak, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
Remove steak from marinade, brushing off excess marinade; grill over medium high coals about 5 minutes each side for medium, brushing with marinade during last few minutes of cooking.
Slice steak into diagonal strips. Toss romaine with reserved dressing. Arrange steak and salad on dinner plates. Serves 4.
