2 tablespoons each unsweetened cocoa powder and granulated sugar
1 cup hot espresso or double strength coffee
1 cup low fat milk
Cocoa powder or cinnamon
Preparation Instructions:
In small bowl, mix together cocoa powder and sugar; divide between two large mugs. Pour in got coffee; stir well. Meanwhile, place milk in small saucepan over medium heat. Using electric mixer, beat constantly, starting at lowest setting and increasing to high, for about 3 minutes or until milk is hot and frothy. Pour over coffee in mugs, spooning foam on top. Sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon; serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
