2 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
1/2 cup Betty Crocker Soft Whipped Deluxe Fluffy White Frosting
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix baking mix with milk until dough forms. Beat for 30 seconds, adding enough extra baking mix to make an easy to handle dough.
Turn onto a surface dusted well with baking mix and knead dough 10 times. Roll into a 10 x 14 inch rectangle. In small bowl combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until creamy. Spread evenly over biscuit dough. sprinkle evenly with pecans.
Working from long side, roll dough into a cylinder. Cut, using a serrated knife, into 9 buns. Place in 8 inch square or round baking pan. Bake for 21 to 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Turn out onto a platter. Melt frosting; stir well and drizzle over buns. makes 9 servings.
