Fruit Rhumba

1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk, or to taste
1/2 cup skim milk powder
1 cup fruit such as canned peaches, frozen strawberries, blueberries, and/or banana

Preparation Instructions:

Mix ingredients together in a blender until smooth and enjoy. As separation occurs in the fridge, just shake before pouring. Don't worry if the banana causes some discolouration - it's still delicious. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
