1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon each salt, thyme, and chili powder
1 small, round Camembert or Brie
Crackers or toast
Fruit and/or toasted almond flakes for garnish
Preparation Instructions:
Mix olive oil, with lemon juice, salt, thyme, and chili powder. Spread over all sides of Camembert. Grill or broil for 2 to 3 minutes a side and serve with crackers or toast. Garnish with fruit and/or toasted almond flakes. And, yes, the "rind" is edible and delicious.
