85 g package orange jelly powder
1 cup boiling water
2 cups vanilla ice cream
284 ml can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 chocolate pie crust
Preparation Instructions:
1. Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water. Add ice cream be spoonfuls, stirring until smooth.
2. Chill until mixture is slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, set aside a few whole orange segments for garnish. Chop remaining segments; stir into mixture. Spoon into pie crust. Garnish with reserved orange segments. Chill about 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
