4 cups shredded cabbage (green or savoy)
1 medium carrot, coarsely grated
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup very thinly sliced celery
1 medium red apple, chopped
1/2 bottle (about 3/4 cup) Emeril's House Herb Vinaigrette
Preparation Instructions:
In a large bowl, place cabbage, carrot, red onion, celery and apple; toss thoroughly to combine. Add dressing and mix well to evenly distribute dressing. Store in refrigerator. Serves 6.
