Beef, Pork Or Chicken Satay

About 1 pound boneless round steak, pork steak, or boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy finely chopped ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried hot pepper flakes
Bottled peanut sauce
Rice

Preparation Instructions:

Slice meat into thin strips, marinate strips in a mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and hot pepper flakes. Thread onto metal skewers and grill until tender. Serve with peanut sauce and rice.
