1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Baking potatoes and olive oil
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix cheese, spices and sugar together in small bowl.
Wash potatoes & pat dry, do not peel. Cut potatoes in half length wise. Brush the cut sides with olive oil & sprinkle with at least 1/2 teaspoon of the cheese & spice mixture on the cut side. Place potatoes cut sides down on the lined sheet.
Bake 40 minutes or until the potatoes can be pierced with a fork.
Serve immediately.
