Preparation Instructions:
Clean and fillet fish; dredge in seasoned flour, shake off excess and pan fry in melted butter until lightly browned on both sides and opaque in center. Serve with lemon wedges. Or wrap whole fish in foil and cook on campfire or barbecue grill. Estimate 10 minutes per inch (measure at thickest part), plus 5 minutes for heat to penetrate foil.
