1/2 cup marmalade
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
1 teaspoon corn starch
Preparation Instructions:
In small saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally; simmer 1 minute. Cool slightly. Makes enough for 48 hors d'oeuvres.
