2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons organic tamari soy sauce
1 tablespoon demerara style brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon red bell pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ginger root, peeled and grated
1 medium scallion (light part only), minced
Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Let mixture sit for awhile to allow all ingredients to blend together. Divide between two dipping dishes.
Serving Suggestion: Serve dipping sauce with spring rolls, egg rolls, or steamed dumplings.
