4 tablespoons double cream
Ground black pepper
Preparation Instructions:
Cook fettucini in plenty of boiling salted water for about 15 minutes or according to the directions on the packet. drain and pour in the cream. Season with plenty of freshly ground pepper and toss the pasta to coat it with cream. Serves 4.
